The Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 2021 comes with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display. The display panel has a 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution, HDR 10+ support, a pixel density of 516, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen has a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner which includes the selfie camera. The power and volume buttons are located on the right side of the device. The device has an in-display fingerprint sensor and a face unlock support. The Samsung Galaxy Note 21 Ultra runs Android 11 out of the box with One UI 3.1 on top.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 21 Ultra is equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 888 processor. The device has up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. As for camera specs, the triple camera setup on the rear has a 108MP primary camera. The 108MP sensor is accompanied by a 10MP secondary camera, and a 10MP telephoto lens. On the front, the device features a 40MP selfie camera. The rear-facing camera has PDAF, OIS, and 4K video recording support.

The device backed by a 5000mAh battery that has 25W fast charging support. Connectivity-wise, the smartphone has dual-SIM card slot, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, OTG support, and a USB Type-C port.
